We create your new line together. Your favorite products, and experiences informs your new line. With your insights, we create, test and update until you have the perfect product.

How TOR’s Process Stands Out

Traditional contract manufacturers have 2-4 stock formulations for shampoo, as an example, which are fragranced to differentiate your line. We build your product from the bottom up with your input as to what attributes matter.

Typical new formulation development takes 2-3 years to get to shelf. We routinely launch a line in less than 1 year.

Meet Shannon Tor

For my entire career it has been my job to create unique personal care formulations in addition to upgrading the performance of existing products. This includes lab formulation work, consumer experience data reviews and working with marketing to create products which consumers love.

My favorite thing to do is to take a product someone loves and to improve on it so that they won’t use anything else.
